A) Thai Techniques
 

•  Thai Traditional Massage :
It works on the muscles and energy lines along the body, focuses on muscle pain relief and stretching.

•  Thai Yoga Massage :
The massage movements, which are similar to yoga practice, can help to relax and stretch muscles and joints in order to maintain the total body health.

•  Thai Aroma Massage :
An innovative combination of Thai Traditional Massage technique and aroma essences applied to the skin, which is good for relaxing and stress relief.

•  Thai Foot & Leg Massage :
It relieves tired foot & legs by stimulating blood and lymph circulation.

•  Traditional Thai Slimming Treatment :
It helps to eliminate the excess body fat and leaves the skin fit & firm.



B) Asian Techniques
 

•  Balinese Massage :
This Indonesian technique accelerates the circulatory system while relaxing body & mind through skin rolling, acupressure and long kneading strokes.

•  Ying-Yang Therapy :
It balances the body by using Yin and Yang massage tools. It's good for overall health and total wellness

•  Asian Spa Treatments :
Body skin treatments for smooth, soft and healthy skin while relieving the emotional stress

•  Facial Treatment (Tropical Style ):
Facial skin treatment for great, healthy and younger looking skin using natural products in tropical style

•  Four Hands Massage:
A massage performed by 2 persons simultaneously which brings relaxation and relieves pain quickly.

•  Lomi Lomi Massage :
Hawaiian traditional massage that uses full body techniques applied with rhythmic grace using thumbs, palms and elbows and works the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes.



C) Western Techniques
 

•  Facial Treatment (Esthetic Style):
Facial skin rejuvenation using cosmetic skin care products combined with some beauty equipments

•  Swedish Massage :
It increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles .

• Sport Massage :
This deep tissue technique reduces the heart rate and blood pressure , increases blood circulation and lymph flow, reduces muscle tension, improves flexibility, and relieves pain.
